Refund Policy
All enquiries regarding returns or exchanges need to be emailed to hello@soll.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exchanges
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items, unless damaged faulty.
Exchanges are welcome within 7 days of delivery, with shipping cost covered by the customer.
Refunds
Please note, refunds will only be given if an item is faulty within 7 days of receiving.
Cancellations
Please note if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
