Please keep in mind, orders placed during sale and launch periods, may take up to 2-3 working weeks to be processed and despatched + shipping.
Please note, for all custom backpacks allow up to an extra week processing time for embroidery + shipping. If ordered with other items they will all be sent out together once the backpack is ready.
Any adjustments to custom embroidery must be made within the same business day, any changes after this will not be able to be actioned.

International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
Returns and Exchanges
All enquiries regarding returns or exchanges need to be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All custom backpack orders are excluded from refunds or exchanges unless faulty. Sale items are final sale and are not able to be returned for an exchange or refund.
At this point being a small business, we only offer exchanges or refunds if the item is damaged or faulty. All enquiries regarding exchanges need to be emailed to email@example.com.

Please note if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
