Shipping Policy
Our estimated dispatch time is 48 hours on all in stock items during business hours Monday - Friday.
This excludes Backpacks and Pre-order items.
Please Note: 48 hour dispatch does not apply to orders placed during sale and launch periods. Please allow up to 2-3 working weeks to be processed and despatched + shipping during these times.
Australia Wide Shipping
$12 Standard: 3-6 working days after dispatch
$30 Express: 1-5 working days after dispatch
$15 Standard PO BOX & Locker: 3-6 working days after dispatch
$100 Wholesale: 2-8 working days after dispatch
Pick up: 1-3 working days

International Shipping
We ship worldwide!
$25 Standard: 6-10 business days + processing time
$150 Wholesale: 6-10 working days + processing time
International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
PRE-ORDER ITEMS
All pre-order items have an estimated dispatch date that may change due to unforeseen circumstances. If you purchase an in stock item with a pre-order item, they will be shipped together once stock arrives.
CUSTOM BACKPACKS
Please note, for all custom backpacks allow 8 weeks processing time for embroidery + shipping. If ordered with other items they will all be sent out together once the backpack is ready.
Any adjustments to custom embroidery must be made within the same business day, any changes after this will not be able to be actioned.
Returns and Exchanges
All enquiries regarding returns or exchanges need to be emailed to hello@soll.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All custom backpack orders are excluded from refunds or exchanges unless faulty. Sale items are final sale and are not able to be returned for an exchange or refund.
Exchanges
At this point being a small business, we only offer exchanges or refunds if the item is damaged or faulty. All enquiries regarding exchanges need to be emailed to hello@soll.com.au.
Refunds
Please note, refunds will only be given if an item is faulty within 7 days of receiving. All enquiries regarding refunds need to be emailed to hello@soll.com.au.
Cancellations
Please note if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
Get in touch with us via email hello@soll.com.au as soon as possible to ensure we can action this before it is sent out. If you order has already been dispatched we will be unable to intercept it.
