Shipping policy

Please keep in mind we are a small team. If you place an order during our sale period, it can possibly take up to 2-3 working weeks to be processed and despatched + further shipping time. 

Our estimated processing time out of sale periods is 1-5 business days + shipping time. 

CUSTOM BACKPACK ORDERS
Please note, for all CUSTOM backpacks allow up to a week processing time for embroidery + shipping. If ordered with other items they will all be sent out together once the backpack is ready. 
Any adjustments to custom embroidery must be made within the same business day, any changes after this will not be able to be actioned. 

 

$12 Standard: 3-6 working days after dispatch

$15 Standard PO BOX & Parcel Locker: 3-6 working days after dispatch

$30 Express: 1-5 working days after dispatch

International customers (outside of AUS) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. As we are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be, we recommend contacting your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country. 


 

Returns & Exchanges


All enquiries regarding returns or exchanges need to be emailed to hello@soll.com.au. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
All custom backpack orders are excluded from refunds or exchanges unless faulty. Sale items are final sale and are not able to be returned for an exchange or refund.

Exchanges

At this point being a small business, we only offer exchanges or refunds if the item is damaged or faulty.

Refunds

Please note, refunds will only be given if an item is faulty within 7 days of receiving. 

Cancellations

Please note if you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed you will incur a $10 cancellation fee.
